    Certification:

    We certify that all of the components ordered were manufactured in accordance with the applicable Government and/or Manufacturers’ specifications at the time they were manufactured. Certification or applicable special certification will be furnished upon request.

    Shipping:

    To insure your satisfaction, our experienced staff inspects every part before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping is completed immediately after inspection, usually within 24 hours. Please advise us of your special shipping needs and we will endeavor to accommodate you.

    Payment:

    First time clients are asked to fill out a credit application. After approval, we will be happy to extend payment terms to your company. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard as well as cashiers checks.

    Warranty:

    Our electronic components, purchased through OEM excess, are fully and unconditionally guaranteed to be unused new material, and of the highest quality. Complete satisfaction with the material purchased from our in-stock inventory, or you may return it within 30 days for replacement (if available) or refund. If we located and purchased parts for you from an outside source, replacement or refund is subject to restocking fee’s and/or the non-cancelable or non-returnable policies of that company.
